Dr Delnaz J Dhabhar completed her MBBS and MD in Internal medicine from DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai. She has been practising as a Physician and Intensivist for more than 6 years and has expertise in management of both infectious diseases and lifestyle related disorders.
Dr Delnaz has worked extensively in managing critically ill patients in various intensive care units in Maharashtra and Gujarat; she is certified by NHS and Royal College of physicians Edinburgh in Emergency medicine. She did the coveted WHO antibiotics stewardship course and has been certified by the World Health Organisation in appropriate antibiotics management. After working extensively in various hospital and being in the forefront during the covid 19 pandemic, Dr Delnaz felt the need to do something for the Patients who are living with incurable & life threatening diseases for example cancer, that’s when she went on and completed a palliative medicine and pain management course conducted by Tata memorial hospital Mumbai and American society of medical oncology, and since then she has been managing chronic pain and end of life care for terminally ill patients.
Dr Delnaz felt a strong need to reach out to every corner of our great country as she has had first hand experience of lack of good doctors in interiors of Maharashtra where it’s an mammoth task to get doctors in villages, that’s when she realised she needs to start telemedicine so people from all over India can access a doctor.
