After having successfully run her Gynae & IVF practice for almost two decades, Dr Sukhpreet followed through on her deep interest & passion for lifestyle and behavioural modification and its impact on women's health, especially during Perimenopause and Menopause phases. One of the triggers for this shift being her own experience of a turbulent menopause. Her professional & personal experience inspired her to create an online community for women over the age of 35 years to help them navigate through perimenopause and thrive through menopause and beyond.
Dr Sukhpreet’s education & training includes -MBBS and MD ObGyn from University of Mumbai & after MD, she did DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from NBE.
