Her academic journey reflects a sustained commitment to learning and holistic care, further enriched by a Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education from IGNOU. In addition, she holds advanced diplomas in medical trichology and skin and laser aesthetics, enabling her to provide comprehensive care that effectively integrates medical, nutritional, and cosmetic perspectives.
Known for her compassionate and patient-centred approach, Dr. Payal focuses on understanding each individual beyond their symptoms. She places strong emphasis on preventive care, long-term wellness and chronic condition management, while integrating medical treatment with lifestyle guidance, education and emotional support. By addressing factors such as stress, nutrition, sleep, movement and mental wellbeing, she designs personalised care plans that are realistic, sustainable and aligned with her patientsβ daily lives. Her goal is to help patients feel informed, confident and actively involved in their healing journey.
Dr. Payal practiced homoeopathy extensively in Mumbai for over 16 years before relocating to Panchkula (Chandigarh, Tricity) in 2022. She currently offers in-clinic consultations in Panchkula along with teleconsultations, ensuring accessible and continuous care across locations. Her professional experience includes working with hospitals, charitable trusts and NGOs, providing her with a broad clinical perspective shaped by diverse patient populations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she delivered telemedicine services through CSC (Common Service Centre) in association with Welcome Cure, supporting patients remotely during a critical period.
