Dr. Amol Bobde is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist with over a decade of experience in child and newborn care. He completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha followed by a Diploma in Child Health from Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. He pursued a Fellowship in Neonatology from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and General Hospital, Sion along with a Fellowship in ECMO. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatric Nutrition and IPPN from Boston University. He is registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council and is a Life Member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics.
With a special interest in Neonatal Intensive Care, Dr. Amol has extensive expertise in managing critically ill newborns and children. He is skilled in advanced NICU and PICU procedures including endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation (conventional and high frequency), CPAP, HHHFNC, surfactant therapy, PICC and central line insertion, exchange transfusions, peritoneal dialysis and other essential diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Known for his calm and confident approach, he is capable of handling routine paediatric concerns as well as complex neonatal and paediatric emergencies, while also guiding parents with nutrition counselling and updated vaccination advice.
Dr. Amol has previously served in reputed institutions including Hindu Rao Hospital, Deepak Memorial Hospital, Puspanjali Crosslay Hospital, Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital and Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and General Hospital.
