Dr Mohd. Shahid is a qualified pediatrician with over a decade of experience in child health and three years of specialization in pediatric gastroenterology. He completed MBBS from Peoples College of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, MD in Pediatrics from Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore and PDCC in Pediatric Gastroenterology from Era’s Lucknow Medical College. He has received advanced training at GB Pant Hospital, Delhi, gaining hands-on expertise in pediatric gastroenterology, including endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures.

Dr. Shahid is adept at managing a wide spectrum of pediatric conditions, from neonatal to adolescent age groups. His expertise spans infectious diseases, growth and development issues, adolescent health, gastroenterology and liver disorders and preventive care such as immunization. His extensive experience across leading government and corporate hospitals has honed his clinical judgment, emergency handling skills and ability to manage high patient volumes with precision. He actively keeps pace with the latest developments in pediatric gastroenterology through workshops, seminars and research contributions, including published work on neonatal health.

Currently, Dr. Shahid serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Gandhi Medical College and Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal. A lifetime member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and ISPGHAN, he is dedicated to advancing child health through a blend of clinical excellence, evidence-based practice and compassionate care for his patients.
