Dr. Vivek Pratap Singh is a psychiatrist with over a decade of experience in adult, child and geriatric mental health care as well as deaddiction. He completed his MBBS from B. P. Koirala Institute of Medical Sciences, Nepal, a reputed government medical institution. He later earned his MD in Psychiatry from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pune and further strengthened his training with a Diploma in Community Mental Health from CIP, Ranchi.
Dr. Vivek is known for his thoughtful clinical judgement and patient-centred approach. He has extensive experience in evaluating emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns across all age groups, taking into account medical history, social background and individual life circumstances. His work spans child and adolescent psychiatry, adult mental health conditions, geriatric care, sleep-related disorders and deaddiction treatment. He has also been actively involved in teaching junior doctors and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Over the years, Dr. Singh has served as Senior Resident at AIIMS Patna, Government Medical College Bettiah and PMCH Patna, gaining wide exposure to complex psychiatric cases. He is currently running his own Neuro & Child Psychiatry Cum Deaddiction Center in Kankarbagh.
