Ms Grace Priscilla

Ms. Grace is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelor's in Counselling Skills from Middlesex University, Dubai and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CMR University, Bangalore. She holds a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license as a clinical psychologist. She holds professional memberships from the Counsellor’s Council of India and the American Psychological Association, with additional training in Pharmacology, and ADHD interventions. She is a certified Mental Health First aider. Her international exposure in India and the UAE has enriched her expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis and therapy.

With extensive experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders, Ms. Grace specializes in working with individuals facing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Mood disorders. She employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, tailoring her interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She is also skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans.Her proficiency extends to Neurofeedback training, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for mood disorders, and relaxation techniques for sleep and stress management.

Currently, Grace is associated with ReACH Psychiatry in Bangalore, where she provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments. Her commitment to mental health advocacy is reflected in her research, published articles and workshops on mindfulness and emotional well-being. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she strives to help individuals navigate life’s challenges through evidence-based interventions, empowering them toward lasting mental wellness. Ms. Grace dedicates 45 minutes to each consultation and the charges specified apply to a single 45-minute session.
