Dr. Ashna Gupta is a Clinical Psychologist who comes with 14 years of work experience. She completed her Graduation, Post Graduation and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from University of Delhi. She has presented papers in numerous national and international conferences and written research papers in reputed national and international journals. She has worked previously with Fortis, Escorts and Artemis and vHealth.

Dr Ashna also has her expertise in conducting various workshops, training and webinars on mental health organized by different organizations and Rotary clubs. She specializes in diagnosing and treating children, adolescents and adults with various disorders and challenges such as behavioral, social and emotional problems.

Dr Ashna has been trained in individual therapy, her expertise lies in cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, supportive therapy and motivational counseling. Dedicated to serving patients in a meaningful way, listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behavioral problems, she believes that apart from helping those who suffer, her job also lies in working with the majority of people who need counseling in the form of examples and strategies to live a richer and more fulfilling existence.

Dr Ashna’s driving force is to use her education and experience to work with people and help them to attain subjective well-being and happiness. Dr Ashna dedicates 45 to 60 minutes to each clinic consultation and the charges specified apply to a single session.
