She has a Ph.D. from Meerut University, a post-graduate diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology and in Guidance & Counselling. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives by providing them with the tools and support they need to address their mental health challenges.
Dr. Sangeeta understands that every individual’s journey is different, and she approaches each session with the intention of making her clients feel valued and heard. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (RECBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to help her clients achieve clarity, confidence and emotional resilience.
