Dr Neerja holds a PhD in Psychology and has work experience of over 15 years in various fields of Mental Health. She is a dedicated and compassionate Senior Psychologist in providing psychological assessments, therapy, and counselling to diverse populations. She is skilled in administering and interpreting psychological tests, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans. She has a strong expertise in individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and counselling techniques.

Dr Neerja has a proven ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive environment. She is committed to helping individuals overcome challenges, improve their mental well-being, and achieve personal growth.

Dr Neerja is leading and supervising a team of psychologists and mental health professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality care for clients. She offers crisis intervention services to clients in immediate distress, utilizing effective strategies to stabilize and support individuals during times of crisis. She also conducts psychoeducational workshops and seminars to educate clients and the community on mental health topics, coping skills, and stress management techniques. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
