Docgenie is an excellent telemedicine portal. Very easy to access and connect to doctors in all disciplines, fixing appointment, lab tests, prescriptions etc Our own experience with Dr Rachna Kucheria has been very good and satisfying. I went to Dr. Rachna because I felt as if I had very high fever but the temperature would be normal on the thermometer. I could not figure out what was happening!! I called Dr. Rachna hoping for an appointment at the earliest. She was sweet enough to call me right away. I have to mention that this was my first visit to her clinic. The diagnose was done instantly and she explained the reason very patiently. Also treated the problem very well. I have had no problem since then. If you visit her, you are in good hands.

Dr. Rachna is an incredible doctor. She goes into the depths of any health issue. And she believes in taking only the necessary medication, and does not believe in over medicating. She is always present to address any questions the patient may have. She does not get unnecessary tests done,only what is required. She truly cares about the patient and asks the patient to keep her updated if necessary. She explains everything very clearly and she may give the patient specific time frames to update her if required. And if she feels that the patient requires a specialist, she recommends one and give all the contact details. It is very very rare to find a truly brilliant physician, she is one of a kind. A gem.

Took my 80 year old mother to Dr Rachna Kucheria (who had come highly recommended by a friend). Was very reassured by the Doctor, the way she handled my mother, making her feel comfortable and didnt rush thru the appointment. Also v happy with the follow up as well as the ease of booking the apptment thru their Doc Genie app. All in all its been a hassle free and a pleasant exp which is much needed when one is taking a parent to a Doc. Totally recommend Dr Kucheria. And also a big shout out to Neenu on the booking helpline who was most helpful in making the entire process easy down to guiding us as to which location wld work best for us, and with follow ups on whats app !
