Ms Rashi Singh is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Psychology from Amity University. With a strong academic foundation and over 15 years of diverse experience in OPD and IPD settings, she has developed expertise in psychotherapy, psychological assessments and treatment planning for adolescents and adults.
She is trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ERP, trauma counselling and child behaviour therapy. Having worked in leading institutions such as Tulasi Healthcare, Mindful Centre for Mental Health and Harmony Mind & Body Clinic, Ms. Rashi has successfully managed complex cases ranging from mood and anxiety disorders to OCD, PTSD and personality-related concerns. Alongside clinical practice, she has contributed to research, publications and training, while also conducting workshops for organizations like Delhi Police and designing internship programs for budding psychologists.
Currently, Ms. Rashi serves as the Founder and Consultant Psychologist of a clinic at East of Kailash, New Delhi. She is known for her empathetic, client-centered approach and for creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to heal and grow. Beyond her clinical work, she is actively involved in mental health awareness programs, seminars and community outreach initiatives, striving to reduce stigma and foster an informed and compassionate society.
