Ms. Richa Mehrotra is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist and a Queer Affirmative Certified Therapist with a strong academic foundation in psychology. She earned her Master’s degree from Banasthali University and completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences, Raipur. Her research contributions include studies on cybercrime and parental rearing practices published in the International Journal of Indian Psychology (IJIP).
With expertise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, Ms. Richa tailors her therapeutic approach to suit individual client needs. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, personality disorders and post-schizophrenia depressive disorder. Her experience includes working with the Mental Health Foundation, India, where she contributed to the “Preventing Suicide Inside Prison” project at Tihar Jail, New Delhi.
