She has a vast work experience of 40 years in the areas of work which involve Speech therapy, Language stimulation and Communication therapy with both children and adults. Her cases involve working with children with Articulation disorders ,stuttering (pronunciation issues), delay in speech and language development arising due to developmental delays.
Mrs Sheela worked in special schools for children with cerebral palsy and Mental retardation for many years in Pune. Later she headed the Nightingales Home health services for speech therapy in Bangalore city. During covid times, she shifted her focus to tele services.
