Dr. Amit Hosamani is a Consultant Urologist with an extensive academic background in Urology and Robotic surgery. He did his MBBS from Mysore Medical College and Research Institute, followed by an MS in General Surgery from JJM Medical College, Davangere. Further specializing in Urology, he completed his DNB Urology at Medical Trust Hospital, Kochi and later pursued a prestigious Fellowship in Robotic Uro-Oncology and Renal Transplantation at Max Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. His dedication to continuous learning and surgical excellence has shaped his expertise in complex urological procedures.

With a strong acumen in minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Hosamani specializes in robotic and laparoscopic procedures for urological cancers, including kidney, prostate, bladder, ureter and adrenal malignancies. He has played a crucial role in over 350 kidney transplants, particularly excelling in robotic kidney transplantation. His surgical repertoire extends to reconstructive urology, covering procedures such as pyeloplasty, ureteric reimplantation and complex fistula repairs.
