Dr. Sajal completed his M.B.B.S. from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, followed by an M.S. in General Surgery from the same institution, where he also pursued a senior residency. He further specialized with an M.Ch. in Urology from Father Muller Medical College, complemented by advanced clinical exposure at SGPGI, Lucknow. This was followed by a fellowship in reconstructive urology at the Kulkarni Uro-Surgery Institute, the world's premier institute for reconstructive urology. With many years of experience at high-volume tertiary care centers, Dr. Sajal has developed strong clinical acumen and surgical expertise, having independently performed numerous procedures across general surgery and urology.

Dr. Sajal has received multiple national and international accolades, including a Travelling Fellowship, the Young Researcher Award and the Best Student Researcher Award.
